Qualified candidates for the Leasing Consultant position would demonstrate qualities such as dependable, excellent customer service skills, strong in multitasking and extremely motivated. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have great attention to detail, upbeat, personable, reliable and have excellent organization skills. The Leasing Consultant position would include, but not limited to, the following duties: Touring prospective residents Follow up with prospects by phone, email or text Collect and review applications and background checks Prepare rental agreement documents for signing Social media marketing Retaining current residents Planning resident functions Responding to resident concerns Communicate regularly with the rest of the management team Being part of a team and having fun while providing great customer service We offer the following benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision benefits the month following your hire date We offer 2 types of Medical coverage and 2 Dental providers to choose from.
