The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to become an essential member of this successful, customer-focused team. It is essential to ensure that all paperwork is up-to-date and that prospective tenants complete their applications accurately. Familiarity with various industry concepts, practices, and procedures is required. The candidate must be available to work on weekends, exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, possess a positive attitude, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and have a genuine desire to exceed expectations!
