Description
As a culinary professional with Ole Red, you will play a crucial role in the kitchens’ daily operations and ensure high quality dishes are prepared and delivered to guests in a timely manner.  You will be responsible for preparing and producing a variety of dishes using methods such as sauteing, grilling, frying, baking, and roasting while operating kitchen equipment. We will be looking for your proficiency in knife skills from basic techniques to more advanced ones like mincing and dicing.    In this role you will:   * Clean and organize walk-in coolers, food production areas, equipment, and general kitchen areas. Maintaining sanitation levels at all time.   * Produce and maintain all defined recipes and food standards including portioning and presentation guidelines.   * Properly store food and chemicals, including labeling, dating, and maintaining appropriate temperatures based on established guidelines.   * Other duties as assigned.   Qualifications The ideal candidate would:   * Have a high school diploma or equivalent.   * Have a minimum of 6 months of line cook experience.   * Currently have a State Food Handler Safety Card (required to have upon hire).  Bonus points if you have 1+ years of culinary experience!
