Description
We are seeking a confident, dynamic, and proactive Live-In Housekeeper to join a warm, busy household in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong housekeeping skills deriving from corporate experience/training, experience working within family homes, and a genuine positive and bubbly personality. This position requires high energy, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the family’s needs with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities • Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and hygienic household to 5-star hotel standards. • Daily housekeeping duties including laundry, ironing, cleaning, and tidying of all areas. • Cooking and meal preparation with an openness to learning healthy, vegan-style dishes. • Packing and preparing bags before family outings or travel. • Oversee household needs and priorities with a strong “big picture” view. • Engage with children in a kind, playful, and caring manner. • Daily and weekly stock inventory management. Must be familiar with operating a smartphone/iPad etc. • Work closely and respectfully with other household staff as a positive team player. • Demonstrate initiative, responsibility, and reliability in all duties. Ideal Candidate Profile • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role (private household, 5-star hotel, or luxury environment). • Age: Young, energetic, and physically active. • Languages: Excellent English communication (clear and fluent). • UAE Experience: Preferred 2+ years. • Personality: Confident, smiling, hardworking, proactive, and solution-oriented. • Character: Kind, genuine, positive attitude with a growth mindset. • Skills: ◦ Excellent cleaner and organizer ◦ Good cook, excited about learning vegan/healthy dishes ◦ Tech-intuitive and quick learner ◦ Attentive to detail and hygiene ◦ Responsible with children and household tasks ◦ Strong initiative and anticipation of needs • Values: Respectful, discreet, and team-oriented (must work harmoniously with all staff including the driver, family assistant and nanny. Trial & Onboarding • Trial Day: Preferably Sunday (flexible if needed). • Start Date: December 1, 2025. • Visa Sponsorship can be provided.
