Job Description: A warm and busy family is looking for a full-time governess to help care for and guide their three young boys, aged 2, 4, and 6.
The children are in full-time school and nursery, and the family is seeking someone who can support them at home with love, care, structure, and learning. The governess will take on a motherly role - providing daily supervision, help with homework, support with health and nutrition, and managing routines such as after-school activities and bedtime.
The role is based in a large country home with lots of outdoor space, around 20 minutes from Reading or Newbury. A live-in housekeeper/nanny is already in place, but extra support is needed to ensure the children are well cared for and guided as they grow.
The right person will be kind, calm, responsible, and confident working with young children - someone who can be a positive role model as well as a steady, hands-on presence in their daily lives.
Requirements: Must have teaching experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week
Start Date: September 2025

Pay: From £60,000.00 per year
