Key Responsibilities
Report directly to the Store Manager.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience, offering personalised styling services to every client.
Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
Demonstrate outstanding selling skills, with the ability to upsell and confidently close sales.
Uphold the highest standards of personal grooming and store presentation.
Adhere to all visual merchandising and brand guidelines.
Contribute positively as a supportive and proactive team member.
Adapt seamlessly to both fast-paced trading periods and quieter moments.
Confidently sell across all product categories.
Consistently achieve and exceed set KPIs.
Remain composed and professional under pressure.
