Production positions involve ingredient and bulk material handling, machine operation, product manufacturing and handling as well as and quality inspecting. Attention to detail, following food safety practices as well as personal safety practices are essential to success. Other job duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Read and understand Standard Operating Procedures Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate in English (be able to write, read, speak and understand) Weekend/overtime work is required on a rotating basis Complete & Pass the Food Safety Exam during your first week of orientation Preferred Requirements Two years minimum machine operation experience Strong communication skills Must be able to work well with a team 1-year continuous employment history Schedule/Shifts This position is a 12-hour, night shift Hours are 6pm-6am; rotating days of the week Holidays and weekends are required Only those wishing to work nights, holidays and weekends should apply Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout shift Ability to bend, squat, twist, and stoop, climb steps/ ladders Eligible partners will receive: Get not one, but TWO retirement benefits.
