Description Now Hiring: Maintenance Location: Country Village, Chico Full-Time | Day Shift Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping facilities running smoothly and safely? What You’ll Do: As part of our Maintenance Department, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and functionality of our building and grounds — both inside and out. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff by: Performing routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fixtures Completing preventative maintenance checks using our TELS app and log system Conducting monthly fire drills and assisting with disaster preparedness Handling equipment and cleaning supplies safely and according to guidelines Communicating effectively with staff, residents, and vendors Responding quickly to emergency repair requests What We’re Looking For: - Good physical health and the ability to be on your feet for long periods - Strong attention to detail and time management - A team player with a positive, can-do attitude - Comfortable working independently and taking initiative - Must be at least 18 years old Preferred Experience (1+ year in at least one area): · General Maintenance · Carpentry or Construction · Plumbing or Electrical Work · Appliance Maintenance Why Work With Us?
