Job Summary

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, trade show coordination, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
  • Strong skills in marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in B2B or industrial sectors is a plus

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing strategies across digital advertising, trade shows, social media, and data analytics.

  • Digital Advertising
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
  • Monitor and manage ad budgets, A/B tests, and conversion tracking
  • Write compelling ad copy and coordinate creative asset development
  • Trade Shows and Events
  • Coordinate company participation in industry trade shows and exhibitions
  • Work with vendors to arrange booth design, logistics, and promotional materials
  • Prepare pre- and post-event marketing strategies to maximize ROI
