Responsibilities

Respond to customer needs and service satisfaction levels and ensure customer issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Package, wrap, display, and price meat products.
Order, receipt, inspection, storage, and preparation of meats and/or fish and seafood and supplies.
Fill and rotate frozen and processed stock following FIFO procedures as well as filling all necessary charts and logs.
Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure all areas of responsibility are safe, organized, and clean, including sharpening equipment and monitoring refrigeration temperature within all food safety standards and guidelines.
May provide operational oversight in absence of the Meat Manager.
Frequently move items up to 55 lbs. at the site for various needs.
