Location: Cheltenham Area
Salary: £13.00 per hour, plus company vehicle, and fuel card to cover costs for all trips.
Experience: + 2 years within the commercial cleaning sector or a similar sector.
Contract: Permanent
Working pattern: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

JOB SUMMARY:

HW Facilities is a family-run specialist commercial cleaning company. We are excited to be advertising for the role of an experienced Mobile Cleaner and Supervisor to join our friendly, hardworking, and professional team. Your primary objective will be to supervise and manage teams of cleaning staff, with the support of the Area Manager. This involves undertaking daily inspections of the sites, providing cover for absenteeism, and ensuring staff work productively and safely. Our goal is to deliver the best service to our customers.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide cleaning cover for various absenteeism because of holiday, sickness and vacancies.
• Carry out general cleaning duties.
• Work with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns.
• Organise rotas with the support of the Area Manager.
• Support the Area Manager to manage equipment, materials, and stock levels.
• Complete training with new and existing employees using BICSc principles.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• Experience in a cleaning supervisory role
• BICS qualifications (preferred)
• Strong people management skills
• Good attention to detail and high standards of work
• Strong communication skills - essential for client liaison
• A general understanding of Health and Safety legislation
• Good IT literacy
• Full UK Driving license as driving is required as part of this role
