We are seeking a dedicated, musically inclined Full-Time Music Coordinator who is looking for a long-term career opportunity to grow with us. This is a role for someone eager to build a future with Crescendo Music and Crescendo Academy in music education, retail coordination, and events. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the business’s daily operations while also playing a vital role in its continued growth and success.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Grade 8 or equivalent in piano (proficiency in violin will be an asset to the application)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Confident appearing on social media and on stage at events or presentations
• Passionate about music education and long-term growth within the business
• Retail or sales experience is an advantage to the application
