They’re seeking consistent, one-on-one care that allows their sweet, lively, and emotionally intelligent daughter to truly flourish. She’s a sensitive, observant little girl who blossoms with one-on-one connection. Their home runs on schedule (they’d proudly say “structure, please”), but with warmth. They’d rate themselves a 7/10 on the busy scale — active, engaged, and intentional. Your days will center around their 16-month-old: reading, music, dancing, playground outings, library trips, and indoor play spaces. She loves songs (think Sesame Street, Frozen, and Cocomelon), thrives on engagement, and benefits from a nanny who brings energy and initiative. Dad works outside the home while Mom works from home, so reliability and punctuality are essential. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm, and occasional flexibility is appreciated. Household support includes family laundry, helping with loading/unloading the dishwasher, light dinner prep, general tidying, and helping keep the home running smoothly. There are no pets, and no driving required beyond local outings, but please ensure you have a safe and reliable vehicle and a clean driving record.
