Benefits: Paid time off Full-Time Nanny Position – Austin, TX 78756 Start Date: April 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM (45-50 hours per week) Pay: $27–$30 per hour (based on experience) A family in Austin (78756) is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and long-term full-time nanny to care for their two children (6 years old and 2 years old). This position is ideal for a professional nanny who is serious about their career and is looking to grow with a family for several years. This is not a short-term role. The nanny will be responsible for managing the children’s daily routines, school transportation, and creating a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment. Morning Responsibilities: Prepare children for the day and assist with morning routines Drop off the 6-year-old at school daily Drop off the 2-year-old at school a few days per week Midday Responsibilities (while children are at school): Children’s laundry (wash, fold, organize) Tidy and organize children’s play areas and bedrooms Light child-related household tasks Afternoon Responsibilities: School pick-ups Prepare and serve healthy lunches/snacks Engage children in enriching, screen-free activities Outdoor play, reading, creative play, and games Support age-appropriate development and routines Ideal Candidate Minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience Must be seeking a long term position Reliable, punctual, and highly organize Energetic and enjoys active, hands-on engagement Strong communicator with a nurturing personality Comfortable driving children (clean driving record required) Open and available to travel with the family as needed CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Additional Information Family offers PTO, sick pay, and paid holidays No pets in the home This is a wonderful opportunity for a professional nanny who is committed to providing consistent, loving care and becoming an important part of a family’s long-term support system.
