Nutritious Lifestyles is hiring NDTRs to provide nutritional care to our patients and residents using Food as Medicine, to promote recovery, health, and wellness WHAT YOU'LL DO * Perform nutrition assessments, counseling, and personalized care planning. * Provide nutrition support for patients with complex medical conditions. * Educate and guide patients on nutrition-related health management. * Utilize clinical dietetics expertise to enhance patient care. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
