What You’ll Be Doing: Plan and lead daily activities and community outings for Nexus residents Foster engagement through hobbies, social connections, and purposeful involvement Support resident participation in volunteer opportunities and community partnerships Assist with conflict resolution and promote a positive, inclusive environment Collaborate on Nexus marketing events and provide photos for social media and family updates Assist with pet care in the Nexus neighborhood Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred Experience with activity planning, older adults, or memory care is a plus Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a passion for enhancing resident well-being Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards Willingness to work outside regular hours based on business needs Effective communicator in verbal and written English Comfortable working around animals and pets Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
