OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing night audits, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be comfortable using phone systems, and have a background in hospitality management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is advantageous.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to set up Continental Breakfast in timely manner
