REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate for the role will be:
· Caring, compassionate, dedicated and enthusiastic;
· Eager to stay active and want to give back to the community;
· Committed to promoting good quality care at all times;
· Effective in their communication and a strong team player.
We also seek someone with a “can-do” attitude displaying a sensitive, warm and approachable nature and while care experience is desirable it is not essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· To carry out and undertake specific and general tasks ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our residents.
· To assist residents in all aspects of their care needs while promoting dignity and allowing them to maintain their independence;
· To communicate effectively and professionally with residents, visitors and other healthcare professionals;
· To work as part of a team supporting others;
· To contribute and implement resident’s individual and perron-centred care plans;
· To work effectively within policies, procedures, aims, objectives and philosophy of the company.
