Position Summary The Clinical Supervisor assumes responsibility for nursing division-wide activity and acts as the administrative lead during assigned shifts. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to facilitate patient flow, staffing coverage, and communication across units. This position provides leadership support to staff, ensures safe and effective patient care, and promotes excellence in alignment with Littleton Regional Healthcare’s mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives. Essential Functions * Functions as the Clinical Supervisor for the Nursing Division  * Provides leadership presence across inpatient and critical care units, ensuring safe and appropriate staffing coverage. * Performs independently and functions in a professional manner.   * Facilitates patient flow between departments and collaborates with Nurse Managers and staff to address operational needs. * Serves as a role model, mentor, and resource for nursing staff. * Assures compliance with hospital and department policies, procedures, and the New Hampshire Nurse Practice Act. * Promotes patient and family-centered care, including education and involvement in the plan of care. * Participates in new staff orientation and ongoing professional development. * Provides complete and accurate documentation to support safe, high-quality care. * Supports initiatives to improve patient experience, patient safety, and environmental safety. * Participates in appropriate hospital committees as assigned. * Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times. * Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of practice to support departmental and organizational needs.   Qualifications Education/Training: * Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. * Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire. * Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Experience: * At least two years previous acute care clinical nursing experience required. Certifications: * BLS required (exempt if current in ACLS and PALS). * ACLS required. * PALS required. * Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required * TNCC required within one year of hire
