HOME HEALTH NURSE (RN/LPN) – FULL-TIME NIGHT SHIFT

Location: Winter Haven / Auburndale, FL
Schedule: Alternating weeks – 2 nights one week, 3 nights the next | Full-Time Preferred

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted)
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Skills with G-tubes, trachs, and ventilators a plus
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical judgment

• Deliver individualized 1:1 nursing care during night shifts
• Follow established care plans and monitor patient progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers for continuity of care
• Accurately document care provided and promptly report changes
