Description

Franklin Engineering Ltd. is an established civil engineering consulting firm in Salmon Arm, BC with a primary focus on land development/subdivision consultation, planning, and design. We are a regional leader in onsite wastewater design, storm water management, and water system designs as well as in-house environmental services. We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our close-knit team. The position has a lot of potential for growth. Our typical office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Strong organizational abilities, capable of working independently
· Strong attention to detail
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Experience handling confidential/sensitive information
· Ability to work well with others
· Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field would be an asset
· Experience in a civil engineering, construction, or architectural firm would be an asset
· 3+ years in administrative or coordination roles preferred
