THE ROLE

As an Omakase sushi chef, you will showcase your craft and creativity directly in front of guests, preparing and serving sushi with the highest level of pride. You will play an essential role in upholding our reputation for excellence service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and serve omakase sushi with attention to detail.
• Deliver an engaging and memorable dining experince for guests seated at the sushi counter.
• Collaborate closely with the head chef and front-of-house to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
