Description

COMPENSATION:

  • £36,000 per annum (starting)
  • Guaranteed 10% salary increases every 6 months
  • Structured promotions every 12–18 months
  • Annual performance bonuses starting at £10,000 and rising 20% per year if KPIs are met, on a yearly basics.

1. CLIENT EXPERIENCE & SERVICE DELIVERY

  • Design a client onboarding process for FIRST clients (brochure, thank-you card, CEO-signed personal letter, welcome gift, and monthly reporting).
  • Create a detailed task-tracking system for FIRST clients.
  • Review and optimise Affordable Socials’ Trello processes and website client workflows.
  • Build an offboarding experience with client exit surveys to gather feedback and reduce churn.
  • Design client loyalty and appreciation gifts at milestones (3, 6, 12 months; 2–5 years).

4. CLIENT ONBOARDING & EXPERIENCE

Create and manage an elite client onboarding process for FIRST and ECG brands:

  • Onboarding brochure
  • Thank you card
  • Personal CEO-signed letter
  • Welcome gift
  • Monthly reporting package

Design “thank you” loyalty cards/gifts for clients at 3, 6, and 12 months, plus special treats for 2, 3, and 5-year milestones, encouraging clients to share on social media.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record in operations, logistics, or business management at a senior level.
  • Highly organised, structured, and disciplined — thrives on systems and accountability.
  • Ability to handle 50–60 hours per week in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to liaise with suppliers, partners, and internal teams globally.
  • Strong project management skills with tools such as Trello, Slack, Asana
  • Demonstrated ability to execute CEO/Founder vision into operational reality.
  • Experience managing budgets, payroll, and financial operations.
  • Event and exhibition planning knowledge.
  • 3–7 years in operations, logistics, or business management.
  • Comfortable with technology platforms (Trello, Slack, CRMs).
  • Willingness to work 50–60 hours/week in a demanding growth environment.
  • Extreme organisational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to execute vision and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
