ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification Active state license required.
Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and discharge plan for residents. They will also make revisions to any established plan of care under physician supervision.
