Description

The Packing Room and Delivery Driver is responsible for pulling and delivering products to customers on a regular route or as delivering products needed with minimal notice and retrieving parts and products from customers or other store locations. The driver may assist in other in-store related activities such as checking in freight and non-application parts, mixing paint, processing customer returns, resolving customer concerns, assisting counter customers and taking phone calls. JOB DUTIES: * Ensure accurate, safe and timely delivery and pick-up of products * Complete paperwork accurately and on time * Maintain the company vehicle by periodic washing, keeping the interior clean and organized and by checking engine fluid levels as required * Assist in-store customers as needed * Maintain store appearance, security, safety and daily operational standards, MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and verbal and written communication skills * Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record * Must understand and abide by federal and state driving rules, practices and procedures and have familiarity with the territory for the position * Familiar with store operating procedures * Automotive Parts knowledge or sales experience preferred BENEFITS: * Medical * Dental * Vision * Basic Life and Long-Term Disability * Voluntary Life Insurance * Short Term Disability * 401k and company match * Profit Sharing * PTO * Safe and Sick Time * Employee Discount * EAP (employee assistance program)
