JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Smoothie Makers, available for both full-time and part-time positions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating delicious smoothies while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve food preparation, handling cash transactions, restocking and ensuring a clean and safe workspace.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred; barista experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.

• Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing orders and handling cash transactions.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the preparation and serving process.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Assist with food preparation tasks including washing, cutting, and blending ingredients.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
