PHARMACIST – FULL-TIME, PART-TIME, OR RELIEF

We are an independently owned pharmacy seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team on a full-time, part-time, or relief basis. We’re looking for a positive, friendly individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a solid work ethic, and a genuine passion for patient care.
About Us
Our pharmacy provides Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT) services to residents of the Downtown Eastside. The position is based on-site inside the pharmacy.

Work Schedule

  • Hours are flexible and can be tailored to fit full-time, part-time, or relief availability.
  • Weekend and statutory holiday coverage may be required, but scheduling will be discussed based on mutual availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process prescriptions
  • Dispense OAT medications to walk-in patients
  • Prepare OAT deliveries for the following day
  • Coordinate and assist with medication delivery
  • Answer phone calls and communicate with physicians’ clinics
  • Verify blister packs
  • Perform other routine pharmacy duties

Qualifications & Skills

  • Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
  • Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service
  • Compassionate approach when working with patients managing mental health conditions
