Job Description As a committed brand ambassador, the store manager ensures the achievement of commercial objectives while respecting Petit Bateau’s procedures and standards, unites their team around the brand’s values, and is responsible for the development of their team members. Your main responsibilities will include: Driving sales and analyzing commercial performance indicators (KPIs), implementing action plan follow-ups; Recruiting, managing, and developing the skills of each team member. Your goal is to achieve collective performance through strong and sustainable engagement; Organizing store operations while ensuring compliance with Petit Bateau procedures (scheduling, audits, inventories…); Ensuring an exceptional customer experience and satisfaction in line with the brand’s policies, delivering a unique and personalized omnichannel experience; Building customer loyalty by embodying the history and commitments of Petit Bateau; Maintaining a high-quality visual identity that aligns with Petit Bateau’s strategy. Qualifications You have at least 3 years of proven experience and strong expertise in sales and management. You possess a solid managerial foundation while maintaining positive communication skills. Your operational excellence and organizational skills are the keys to your store’s success and performance.
