JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable and organized full-time assistant to support daily operations both in the office and on the go. This role includes a mix of administrative duties, answering phones, and running errands. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and comfortable managing a range of tasks with minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
