JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care while managing a team of pharmacists and support staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and effective communication to foster a positive environment for both staff and patients.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a pharmacy setting, with prior managerial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
• Proficient in IT systems relevant to pharmacy operations and patient management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff, patients, and healthcare professionals.
