Description Kimberton Whole Foods in Eagleview is opening spring 2026! We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our crew as a full-time Produce Associate! Availability: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week. One weekend shift is required each week. Schedule: Availability to work opening, closing and midday shifts. Shifts are within a 6am-8:30pm time frame Hourly Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older. The Produce Associate’s Primary Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all. Receiving and stocking all incoming fresh produce and related items. Rotating fresh produce on a first-in first-out basis. Follows the established KWF merchandising practices for maintaining abundant, dynamic and fresh displays throughout the entire department. Working in collaboration with the Produce Department Lead to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage Understands KWF inventory management practices. Other responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager Requirements PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES: Full sense range (vision, hearing and sense of smell) – the ability to read product labels, distinguish color & smell for quality control as well as the ability to communicate with the customers and co-workers. Lifting, gripping and carrying objects – up to 50-75 pounds frequently, including boxes, cans, tools and other products. Stooping, squatting, & kneeling – stoop and maneuver to pick up boxes from shelving and carts. Walking – short distances to bring items from miscellaneous areas. Standing- prolonged standing. Work environment – movement based with the majority of time being in motion (walking & standing) rather that sedentary (sitting). Climate – ability to work in cold environments (cooler, Freezer, back stock area) and handle cold products for extended periods of time on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
The Produce Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the receiving and stocking of fresh produce. They will also maintain product displays and collaborate with the Produce Department Lead.
