Description DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: YUSA Corporation, in Washington Court House Ohio, is looking for highly motivated individuals with current or previous manufacturing experience to fill full-time production openings. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable, and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities: Must be able to communicate with associates and deal with multiple people requesting forklift assistance and operate under pressure Must operate a forklift safely and have a valid driver's license Must be able to transfer of parts thru handheld scanner from location to location Must be able to stage product for packing Must be able to load and unload trucks Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work area Support production goals and quality standards Participate in training on 2nd shift to ensure readiness and safety Requirements DESCRIPTION OF QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: · Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Flexibility to work overtime on Fridays and adjust schedule as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Training & Schedule: Training could be conducted during 1st shift hours in the first few weeks of employment Standard schedule is four 10-hour shifts, either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday Overtime may be required on Fridays based on production needs

Responsibilities

The Production Associate will operate a forklift safely, transfer parts using a handheld scanner, and stage products for packing. They will also load and unload trucks while following detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
