Description Production Operator YUSA Corporation, located in Washington Court House, Ohio, is seeking highly motivated individuals with current or previous manufacturing experience to join our dynamic team. Must be able to stand stationary on concrete for long periods of time. Pushing and pulling containers of parts from and to work area Mental concentration to ensure quality products are packed and rejects are disposed of properly. Ability to read work standards and complete written work records daily. Climb steps and ladders and/or stand on platform working in press area. Interested candidates must be comfortable in a manufacturing setting, committed to work safely as part of the production team, take pride in producing high quality parts, be committed to coming to work every day scheduled, and be willing to learn as they grow with the company. First shift hours are 5am-3:30pm Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday Second shift hours are 3:30pm-2am Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday Overtime is scheduled based on Production needs.

Responsibilities

The Production Associate will be responsible for loading materials, assembling components with precision, applying paint or adhesive, conducting quality inspections, and efficiently packing finished products for shipment. Employees will rotate through various stations to meet overall production demands.
