POSITION OVERVIEW:

This is a hands-on, physically active role split between two key areas of our production process:

MORNING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Constructing boxes and ensuring packaging materials are stocked and available
• Organizing dry goods storage for safe, clean, and efficient workflow
• Supporting preparation for daily production operations

AFTERNOON RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Moving to the cutting and packaging area to assist with order fulfillment
• Cutting, boxing, and packaging product to meet quality and quantity targets
• Knife skills are a strong asset, but not required—training available for the right candidate
