The agency is comprised of five divisions - Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Youth Services, Early Intervention, and Education which are currently supported through 17 different locations. We are seeking a highly motivated QMHP/Psychotherapist to join our agency in one of the following sites: * Melrose Park: 1633 North 37th Avenue Melrose Park IL 60160 * Brighton Park: 2456 West 38th Street Chicago IL 60632 * McKinley Park: 3528 South Hermitage Avenue Chicago IL 60609 * Pilsen/On Damen: 2259 South Damen Ave Chicago IL 60608 * Pilsen/On Cermak: 2015 West Cermak Rd Chicago IL 60608 * Berwyn: 2600 Ridgeland Avenue Berwyn IL 60402 * Kedzie: 6026 South Kedzie Avenue Chicago IL 60629 WORK SCHEDULE The work schedule available is: Tuesday-Friday 12:00pm-8:00pm & Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm POSITION SUMMARY The QMHP/Psychotherapist will be responsible for providing clinical assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning as well as individual, family, and group therapy/counseling for children, adolescents, and their families. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE MA/MS in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other Social Service Field REQUIRED. Familiarity with Medicaid Rule 132 desired, but is not required. Experience in the mental health field. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
