JOB DESCRIPTION

Belmont Farm Nursery School is a unique and diverse setting, that focuses on staff and child well-being with a large focus on outdoor learning and providing children with real life experiences including daily contact with animals.
We are looking for a passionate and positive Room Leader to run one of our 2-3 years classrooms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

2 years experience running a classroom of 2-3 year olds
Level 3
Ability to lead a team
Ability to role model the ethos of the nursery
Adaptable to the needs of the nursery and organization
Ability to be flexible within your job role
Experience being a key worker
