REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in front of house or hospitality is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients warmly and professionally
  • Manage all front desk communications: phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Schedule and manage class bookings, appointments, and cancellations accurately
  • Process client payments and ensure all transactions are handled efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized reception area
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and client care at all times
  • Support client onboarding by explaining class offerings, schedules, and studio policies
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure data is regularly updated in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with instructors and studio manager to ensure smooth class flow and excellent client experience
  • Assist with communication for studio events, promotions, and campaigns — including notifying clients, distributing materials, and supporting registration
  • Liaise with clients about upcoming workshops, schedule changes, and special offers
  • Support workshop and event logistics, including front desk coordination and attendee check-in
  • Monitor front desk inventory (e.g., forms, merchandise, towels) and flag restocking needs
  • Handle client concerns or complaints with professionalism, escalating when needed
