HIRING: RECEPTIONIST

Full-time – In-Studio
Body Works Tattoo Studio is looking for a reliable, friendly, and professional receptionist to join our growing team.
This is more than just a desk job, you’ll be the face of the studio, welcoming clients, keeping things organized, and helping our artists stay on track in a fast-paced, creative environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Comfortable using Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
• QuickBooks knowledge is a bonus
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Team player with a welcoming attitude

  Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

• Greet and check in clients and visitors professionally
• Answer phones and client inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage artist calendars
• Keep the front desk and lobby tidy and stocked
• Perform clerical tasks (filing, data entry, etc.)
• Assist with supply tracking and basic QuickBooks entries (if applicable)
• Support artists with time management and session prep
