We are looking for a full time Receptionist to be our first point of contact for our studio and to manage our front desk on a daily basis, as well as perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This is an opportunity to become a part of the fun, exciting atmosphere and warm, welcoming community here at Fred Astaire Dance Studios – Duluth, GA! Duties will include administrative tasks such as answering the phone, responding to emails and inquiries, greeting guests, taking payments, informing them about studio offerings, providing them with event information, as well as general administrative support across the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing basic marketing platforms and our internal software. Our ideal candidate will have a warm and welcoming personality, great organizational skills, be able to multi-task, and streamline office operations in a timely and effective manner. Also, our candidate will have a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. This position includes opportunity to grow within the company and offers competitive pay, paid vacation, paid holidays.
