QUALIFICATIONS

  • MINIMUM 1-year experience in the Real Estate Industry
  • Completion of High School (OSSD or equivalent)
  • Strong command of English; both oral and written
  • Positive, friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-starter with pride in work quality and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Software an asset including Showing Time, Web Forms, MLS Broker loading
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel)

Responsibilities
  • Answer, screen and manage telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet on-site prospective/current clients and Realtors with enthusiasm
  • Upload listings and make changes to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system
  • Accept and process deposit cheques
  • Assist Realtors with typing offers, waivers, amendments on Webforms
  • Assist with keeping the front desk software up-to-date and accurate with showing instructions and offer registrations
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of all office spaces
  • Work collaboratively with other offices; managing side-duties as required
  • General office administrative support
  • Other duties as assigned
    Candidates must possess the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work well under pressure. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1 year of real estate reception experience and an advanced degree of professionalism with solid written and verbal communication skills.
