Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/ Licensing Clerk to join our team at Johnston Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Hamilton . In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while supporting our administrative operations. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining our commitment to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently.
• License all new and pre-owned vehicles using Digital Dealer Registration and Program Operation thru Service Ontario.
• Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Maintain office organization and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize computer skills to manage records and documentation effectively.
• Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role within an office environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in clerical duties are essential.
