We are a busy Chiropractic & Massage clinic (Willowbrook Chiropractic) established in the community for over 30 years. We are looking for a people loving, multitasking, full time Receptionist with great communication skills to join our team, 30-40 hours per week.
You will be joining a professional, friendly team who really care about providing the best service for our patients. People love coming to our office, and our kind and friendly front end staff are an important part of that experience. We are located right across from the Willowbrook Mall.
We greatly appreciate and value our front end team and do our best to make this a great place to work. Hourly wage is $25/hr + vacation pay. Health & dental benefits are available. A minimum availability of 30hrs is required but can be increased to 40hrs for the right candidate. Start date is flexible but we would like to have someone trained by the end of September.
We are looking to meet candidates with all kinds of customer service experience, not just in healthcare or reception. Responsibilities may include:
