Mussio Goodman is a law firm specializing in personal injury and estate litigation. We are seeking a full-time receptionist/office assistant/LAA to join our team in downtown Vancouver.
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Answering, screening, and directing telephone calls;
· Meeting and greeting clients;
· Setting up the boardroom for meetings;
· Managing incoming and outgoing faxes, mail, and courier services;
· Ensuring the reception area, boardroom and lunch area are tidy at all times;
· Ordering kitchen and office supplies;
· Bank deposits;
· Data entry;
· Assisting the lawyers and paralegals;
· Various other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate in a professional, mature and courteous manner;
· Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail;
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests at once while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook and basic knowledge of Excel; and
· Previous experience in a similar role in a professional environment.
