JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and confident receptionist to join our Pastel team full-time. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. This position involves a mix of administrative, customer service, and light cleaning duties. The role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking confidently on the phone and writing professional messages
  • Friendly, upbeat, and able to maintain a positive attitude throughout the day
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Available to work flexible full-time hours, including weekends
  • Has the ability to work with basic computer and scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Greet and check clients in and out with a positive, professional attitude
  • Schedule appointments via phone, text, email, and booking software
  • Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and handle confirmations or reschedules
  • Process payments and manage daily transactions
  • Maintain organized client files and records
  • Set up the spa each morning and close it down at the end of the day
  • Perform daily light cleaning to ensure spa cleanliness
  • Assist with weekly deep cleaning and inventory checks
  • Keep front desk area tidy, stocked, and welcoming at all times
  • Support team members with various tasks as needed
