What You’ll Do - Make outbound phone calls to applicants who have applied to our sales positions - Conduct initial screening conversations to evaluate qualifications and interest - Schedule qualified candidates for interviews on our team’s calendars - Keep accurate notes and follow up as needed Full training provided – no prior recruiting experience required!
