Responsibilities Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement and manage resident-driven care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered by Medical Director or Resident physician Provide direct leadership, supervision, and support to RA’s and STNA’s Document pertinent information following established clinical policies and procedures Effectively communicates with residents, family members, and co-workers Protects the health and safety of residents Qualifications You must hold an active, unrestricted RN license in Ohio. Ability to work 12-hour shifts Previous experience in long-term care/geriatrics preferred. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly Flexible schedule with the ability to work every 3rd weekend and holidays.
