Position Overview
Areva Living is looking for a Full-Time Resident Manager who will contribute to our commitment to excellence in property management. This individual will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential property, ensuring the smooth running of the building and providing excellent customer service to residents. This individual will be assisting the Rental Manager by addressing any Resident’s concerns and liaising with trades for maintenance work.
The Full-Time Resident Manager will also be residing at the building and rent will be partly subsided. The building is in North Vancouver, British Columbia.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations: Addressing resident concerns, maintaining positive relationships, resolving conflicts, and collecting fees.
Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinating with contractors, overseeing maintenance work, and ensuring the property is well-maintained.
On-Site Staff Supervision: Supervising and scheduling cleaning and maintenance staff.
Compliance: Ensuring the property complies with BCFSA and RTB.
Emergency Response: Responding promptly to emergencies and mitigating potential issues.
Administrative Tasks: Preparing reports, managing records, and handling paperwork.
Qualifications:
· You must be a service-driven individual.
· You must have a valid driver’s license.
· You must bring your commitment and passion to be the best!
· You must have at least 1 year of Resident Manager experience.
