JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a vibrant candidate to take on the role of restaurant server within our city centre location. Our restaurant is open daily from 12:00 - 9:30pm offering modern British dining to locals and tourists of Manchester.

SKILLS

• Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent guest services.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred with familiarity in serving techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures.
• Experience in kitchen or culinary roles is advantageous but not essential.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive rapport with guests.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
  Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and serving.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality of food served.
