Description The Inn at Crestwood is looking for a full-time, Restaurant Shift Leader to help manage the restaurant and create memorable experiences for guests during their stay. The Job A typical day for the Restaurant Shift Leader at the Inn at Crestwood consists of being responsible for overall management of the food and beverage department, while making sure that guests are being taken care of. Job Duties Include: Overall management of the food and beverage department Collaborate with the General Manager Responsible for creating and coordinating food and beverage experiences and events. Taking inventory of all non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain cleanliness of bar area Respond to guest requests Verify that guests are of legal drinking age when serving alcoholic beverages What would make me successful in this role?
