Salary: $3300 - $3800
Working hours: 44 hours per week

Job Scope :

• Assist the Store Manager with opening/closing procedures, staffing schedules, and daily workflow adherence
• Supervise, coach, and train sales associates, fostering high customer service standards and empowering the team to hit sales objectives
• Provide excellent service, manage escalated issues, and uphold a positive brand experience
• Ensure stock levels are maintained, displays are refreshed to highlight functional collections, and merchandise is replenished based on demand

Requirement:

• Min. 5 years in retail, preferably in fashion or men’s apparel; prior supervisory or assistant manager role a plus
• Strong leadership, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills; comfortable with data analysis and POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
